Reporting a problem
Please include your phone model, iOS or Android version, game version, opponent, and what happened just before the issue. A screenshot or short screen recording helps. Never send passwords, payment card information, or store account credentials.

How do I play?
Tap the left or right side of the screen to punch with that hand. Swipe left or right to dodge, swipe down to duck, and press and hold to block. Most attacks break through a block; some specials require it. Open Training from Home whenever you want a refresher.
Why can’t Mikey punch or dodge?
Blocked punches drain stamina. When it runs out, Mikey turns red and becomes tired. Taking two damaging hits restores stamina. Getting up after a knockdown also restores it. Time your punches for an opening instead of mashing.
How do I get up after a knockdown?
Tap repeatedly while “Tap to Get Up” is displayed, before the count finishes. The second knockdown takes more taps. A third knockdown ends the match by TKO.
How do I unlock fighters and Beast Mode?
Beat each fighter to unlock the next. Complete a circuit to move on. Defeating the champion unlocks Beast Mode eligibility; a fighter switches to Beast Mode after you have earned both their victory star and their no-damage victory star. Beat Beast Mode to earn the third star.
How do Remove Ads and Restore Purchases work?
On iOS, Remove Ads is a one-time purchase from Home. The button shows the price supplied by Apple. Use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account to recover an existing purchase. You need an internet connection for purchase and restore requests. This purchase removes interstitial ads; it does not unlock fighters or transfer progress. Android purchase support is not yet available in the current preview.
If a purchase cannot be found, check your store purchase history and contact us with the order reference, without payment details. For refunds, use your store’s refund process.
Why do I see an ad before a rematch?
The first two ordinary match starts are ad-free. After that, ads may appear before fights. Rematches against the same fighter have a three-minute cooldown after an ad is shown. Changing opponents uses a separate cooldown. Start Over from the pause menu can show an ad immediately. Ads do not interrupt active fighting, and an active Remove Ads purchase disables them.
Is my progress saved? What does Clear Game do?
Progress, stars, and best times are stored on your device. There is no account-based progress sync between phones or between iOS and Android. Clear Game resets campaign progress after confirmation, but does not remove your iOS ad-removal purchase. Uninstalling may remove your saved progress.
What are the global wins and losses?
Those totals belong to the opponent, across players. Normal and Beast Mode have separate records. A completed loss, deliberate quit, or restart counts as a win for the opponent. Interrupted matches are excluded. Totals may be cached or unavailable without an internet connection.
How do I change ad privacy choices or request data deletion?
When available, open Privacy Options on Home to change advertising consent choices. For access or deletion requests, email brad@77creative.io. Clear Game only resets local campaign progress; it does not delete previously transmitted analytics or server records. See our privacy policy for details.
